Melissa Chan currently serves as the Senior Director of Ecosystem Development at Analog Devices, focusing on market development for new connected solutions at the grid edge. As a mentor at the Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship at Carnegie Mellon University, Melissa advises student startup venture teams. Previously, Melissa has held significant leadership roles at Fermata Energy, including Senior Director of Grid Solutions, where expertise in vehicle-to-everything (V2X) projects was demonstrated. Melissa's commitment to fostering inclusivity in the energy transition is reflected in the board membership at All In Energy, chairing the governance committee and reviewing organizational performance. With a strong background in cleantech strategy from previous roles at Kendril and Camberline Technologies, alongside extensive experience in consulting and research at Navigant Consulting and Harvard University, Melissa holds a PhD in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
