Elizabeth Lajoie

Elizabeth Lajoie is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Analysis Group since August 2015. In this role, Elizabeth oversees comprehensive talent development functions, including onboarding, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, and immigration processes. Prior to this position, Elizabeth served as the Head of Learning and Development at Analysis Group, where a new learning function was established, focusing on strategic planning and program development. Elizabeth's previous experience includes a decade at Cambridge Associates LLC, where roles included Managing Director of Operations and business partner in talent management for four investment practice areas, as well as positions at Applied Marketing Science and Cambridge Associates. Elizabeth holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA from Dartmouth College.
