Asma Devanne-Moumni

Asma Devanne-Moumni is a seasoned professional in the field of service design and UX, currently serving as a Service Designer at ANAP since February 2020, where the focus is on integrating service design methodologies into the national health system support agency. Prior to this role, Asma was the Director of the UX & Service Design department at USERADGENTS from August 2014 to January 2020, overseeing the methodological direction, service offerings, and team management. Previous experience includes roles at Nurun (now Publicis.Sapient) as a UX & Service Designer, and earlier positions as a service designer at Groupe Crédit Agricole and UX Designer at CCI VOSGES. Asma's educational background includes a Master's degree in Cognitive Sciences and Digital Media from Université de Lorraine and various degrees in computer science and communication.
