Hugo Escanuela

Hugo Escanuela is a skilled professional with extensive experience in strategic account management, customer experience, and product management. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Accounts at Anaplan since November 2023, Hugo has a proven track record in various leadership roles, including Principal of Solution Consulting at Guild Education and Principal of CX Strategy at Medallia. Notably, during tenure at Citizens Bank, Hugo held dual roles overseeing Contact Center and CX Transformation and Digital CX & Payments Product Management.
