Seiju Ishii

Seiju Ishii currently serves as the first Enablement Manager for Anaplan Japan, a position held since July 2023. Prior to joining Anaplan, Seiju Ishii spent nearly three decades at Microsoft in various leadership roles, including Director of Business Strategy & Transformation, where strategic change management plans were developed in collaboration with senior leadership. Significant achievements include orchestrating global partnerships, driving sales excellence, and implementing innovative management frameworks that resulted in substantial revenue growth and operational improvements. Earlier experience includes enterprise sales at Fujitsu Global, focusing on customer satisfaction and project management. Seiju Ishii earned a Bachelor of Laws in Corporate Law from Keio University.
