Jay Stephens

Jay Stephens, CSCP, currently serves as the Head Ops Guy at Ancestral Supplements, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Jay was the Sourcing & New Product Development Manager at Gorilla Mind LLC from September 2021 to July 2024, where co-development of the Gorilla Mind Energy Drink occurred. Jay also worked as the Purchasing Operations Manager for Tillamook County Creamery Association from September 2019 to September 2021, focusing on purchasing, strategic sourcing, and raw material procurement. Within Kyäni, Jay held the role of Global Supply Chain Manager from January 2015 to September 2019, overseeing corporate purchasing, logistics functions, and international logistics teams, among other responsibilities. Jay's earlier experience includes serving as an Inventory Manager, managing inventory levels across multiple regions and ensuring smooth product flow. Jay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Boise State University and an Associate of Arts in Accounting/Business Management from the College of Western Idaho.
