Heather Harris

Heather Harris, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Accounting Policy, Processes & Controls Lead at Anchorage Digital, a leading federally chartered crypto bank, since 2024. Harris has extensive experience in accounting leadership, having previously held the position of Managing Director at WilliamsMarston LLC from September 2021 to 2024, where responsibilities included implementing accounting standards and preparing financial statements for diverse clients. Earlier roles include Director of Accounting Policy at BlackRock, Controller at GE, and Industry Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Educationally, Harris earned an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Michigan. Additionally, Harris completed a Certificate in Taxation from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
