Joy Toman

Joy Toman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client service and operations, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President at Ancora Holdings Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Toman worked at OneMain Financial as a Personal Loan Specialist for four years, and held several management positions at Cash America, Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, The UPS Store, and Dots, LLC over a span of nearly two decades. Toman began a career in retail management as Store Manager at Dots, LLC in 1998. With an educational background in Graphic Design, holding an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Toman combines creative and operational expertise.
