The Finance Team at Andean Telecom Partners is responsible for managing the company's financial health and ensuring the optimal allocation of resources. This includes financial planning and analysis, tax compliance, project financial management, and financial reporting and control across all operating regions. The team works to support strategic decision-making and ensure accountability across Argentina, Peru, Chile, and Ecuador.
