Kristofer Kolstad

Kristofer Kolstad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, and marketing across various sectors, including aerospace and defense. Currently serving as Director at Andra Partners, LLC and Entrepreneur in Residence at Yale Ventures, Kristofer previously held the position of VP of Mergers and Acquisitions at Kaman Corporation, overseeing strategic initiatives in Engineered Products for Aerospace, Defense, and Medical markets. Prior roles include VP of Marketing and Business Development at Kaman Corporation and Program Manager at Collins Aerospace, as well as VP of Marketing and Sales and General Manager at Standard-Knapp. Kristofer holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
