Lars Dalgaard

Lars Dalgaard is an accomplished investor and board member with extensive experience in the technology and business sectors. Currently, Lars leads investments at the Dalgaard Family Office, focusing on transformative ventures in environmental waste, real estate, and art, while previously serving as a Board Member and General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. Lars has been an Advisory Board Member at Stanford Graduate School of Business and has contributed to GLIDE, a nonprofit aimed at inclusiveness for the homeless population. With a strong background in executive roles, Lars was a key driver of Cloud operations at SAP and co-founded SuccessFactors, which faced initial investor skepticism but ultimately became a successful enterprise. Lars holds an MSc from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
