Emily Libby, MPA, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting. Currently serving as Deputy Program Manager at Andrew Morgan Consulting, LLC, Emily has held various roles including IT Project Manager, Business Systems Analyst II, and Business Data Analyst I at Definitive Logic. Emily's background includes military leadership as an Assistant S4, Company Commander, and Platoon Leader in the Army National Guard.
