Karen T. de Leon

Karen T. de Leon, MPA, is an experienced professional in public administration, project development, and education. Currently serving as a College Instructor at Angeles University Foundation and a Project Development Officer at the Department of Social Welfare and Development National Office since 2018, Karen has also held a consultative role for policy implementation with the Office of the President of the Philippines since 2014.
