David Lipka

David Lipka is an accomplished academic and marketing communications professional with extensive experience in higher education and strategic planning. Currently serving at ACTUM Digital since June 2021, David has also held various academic positions at the Università degli Studi di Torino, where responsibilities include teaching graduate courses in Political Economy and Economics methodology. As a Senior Lecturer and Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment at Anglo-American University, David significantly improved student enrollment and conversion rates while maintaining operational continuity during the transition to online education. David has played vital roles at other institutions including Cevro Institute and the University of Economics in Prague, where contributions included enhancing department funding, curriculum modernization, and establishing the International Center of Economic Research. David earned a Ph.D. in Economics from Prague University of Economics and Business.
