Altiberto Brandao

Altiberto Brandao is an accomplished leader in performance management and maintenance engineering with extensive experience in mining and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Contractor Performance Management at Anglo American, Brandao leads a global initiative aimed at enhancing contractor performance and achieving significant cost savings while prioritizing safety. Previous roles at Anglo American include Head of Maintenance Management, where comprehensive safety and compliance frameworks were implemented, and extensive operational risk assessments were conducted.
