Ian Hudson

Ian Hudson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental management and leadership roles across various sectors, particularly in the mining and energy industries. As the Head of Environment at Anglo American since March 2020, Ian Hudson leads a dedicated team focused on sustainable development and innovative solutions for mining. Prior to this role, Ian Hudson founded and served as CEO of Hudson Consulting Group LTD, establishing an international presence shortly after its inception. A former CEO of 3T Energy Group Ltd and Drilling Systems, Ian Hudson also held numerous executive positions at Transocean, where responsibilities included global talent management and operations decision support. Ian Hudson's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Deep Sea Oceanography from the University of Southampton, alongside certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Leadership Development.
