Trent Griffiths

Trent Griffiths is an experienced professional in the mining industry, currently serving in multiple leadership roles at Anglo American since July 2017, including General Manager (Site Senior Executive) and Lead Technical. Prior to this, Trent gained valuable experience at Glencore Coal from March 2012 to March 2017, serving as Production Manager and Shift Undermanager. Earlier career stages included various technical and managerial positions at Xstrata Coal from January 2004 to February 2012, where Trent's roles encompassed Development Superintendent and Technical Services Manager. Academically, Trent is pursuing an Executive MBA from Queensland University of Technology and has completed the MIT Sloan Immersion Program focused on Global Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, Trent holds an Advanced Diploma of Underground Coal Mine Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from the University of Ballarat.
