Pantelis Patsoulis

Pantelis Patsoulis is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as the QHSE & Marine Assurance Manager, CSO, and MR at Anglo-Eastern Shipmanagement (Hellas) since October 2024. Previously at Euronav from 2011 to October 2024, Pantelis held multiple roles including HSQE Manager and Deputy DPA/CSO-Senior HSQE/Marine Superintendent, contributing significantly to marine safety and quality assurance initiatives. Earlier positions include serving as Marine Master at Euronav and Chief Officer at Delta Tankers, with initial experience as a 2nd Officer at Ceres Hellenic Shipping Enterprises Ltd. Pantelis's educational background includes a Master's degree in Maritime Law from City, University of London and a Captain A’ Class License from the Hellenic Ministry of Mercantile Marine Seafarers Training Directorate, alongside a Diploma in Nautical Art and Science from Schools of Higher Merchant Marine.
