Vuyo Ndiko

Vuyo Ndiko currently serves as the Head of Global Learning and Leadership Capability at AngloGold Ashanti since February 2024. Prior to this role, Vuyo was the Leadership and Talent Development Lead at Vodacom from February 2018 to February 2024, and held the position of Divisional Learning Manager for Talent & Capability at Edcon from August 2013 to January 2018. Vuyo's earlier experience includes serving as a Learning and Development Partner for Leadership Learning and Talent at Absa from July 2010 to July 2013, and working as a Learning and Development Specialist in Commercial Operations at Telkom from November 2000 to June 2010. Vuyo holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Digital Business from Wits Business School, an HC-ETDP from the University of Johannesburg, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Transkei.
