Natalie Otero

Natalie Otero is a seasoned professional in the fashion industry with over 18 years of experience in technical design and product development. Currently serving as Lead Technical Design Consultant at Angora Group since October 2023, Natalie also holds a long-standing position as a Bridal Designer at Blanco New York, specializing in custom and ready-to-wear bridal attire with a focus on wedding veils. Previous roles include Senior Director of Technical Design at Proenza Schouler and Director of Technical Design for Gap, where Natalie led a team of 15 designers and implemented a 3D strategy across all divisions. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Trademark and rag & bone, as well as foundational roles at Marc Jacobs and Brooklyn Industries. Natalie Otero earned a Bachelor's Degree in Apparel Design and Production from Auburn University and attended the American School in London for high school education.
