Xavier Martí I Castells

Xavier Martí i Castells is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in intellectual property and litigation. Presently serving at Angular Group and IP ENFORCER since April 2022 and April 2018 respectively, Xavier also holds a private advisory role with DGIPYME since January 2020. Previous roles include outside lawyer for AMEC until December 2022, and intellectual property lawyer at ISERN PATENTES Y MARCAS and Clarke, Modet & Co. Xavier's educational background features a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from Universitat d'Alacant, a Certified Licensing Professional Program, and specialized training in litigation techniques. Further studies include an Erasmus programme at The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Laws from Universitat de Barcelona.
