Edward Shen

Edward Shen is currently an advisor at Anime Universe. Edward has over fifteen years of experience working in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Shen began their legal career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where they worked as an associate attorney for six years. Edward then moved to Winston & Strawn LLP, where they worked as a senior associate attorney for four years. In 2015, Shen joined Tenneco as senior counsel.

In January 2019, Shen joined Verano as head of mergers and acquisitions. Edward held this position for two and a half years before moving to their current role at Anime Universe.

Edward Shen attended the University of Virginia for their undergraduate degree in economics and then Cornell Law School for their Juris Doctor.
