Sanj Maghera

Sanj Maghera is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Interim Chief Technology Officer for Abrdn's Adviser business, overseeing 80 staff and 25+ suppliers managing £80bn in Assets Under Administration for over 2600 Adviser businesses. In addition, Sanj is a Technical Advisory Board Member for the startup Ankra, focused on enhancing innovation for software companies. Previously, Sanj held positions such as Chief Information Officer at FNZ, Consulting Chief Transformation Officer & CIO at The New Medium, and Chief Technology Officer for Global iPlayer at the BBC, where contributions included agile delivery and award-winning projects. Academic qualifications include an MBA Essentials from LSE and participation in the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme.
