Allen Mercer

Allen Mercer is an experienced technology professional with a focus on systems operations and network engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Systems Operations at Ankura since January 2024, Allen is responsible for managing both on-premises and cloud infrastructure for the Noragh Analytics division. Previously, Allen worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at QOMPLX, Inc., specializing in infrastructure automation, and as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at UKG, where large-scale private cloud support was provided. Allen's background includes significant roles such as Network Engineer at National Fuel Gas Company, where network and system security solutions were designed, and at Synergy ITS, where networking technologies were implemented for diverse clientele. Allen began a career in network administration at Lawley, managing a wide-area network for a sizable user base. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the State College of New York at Buffalo.
