John Aiello

John Aiello is currently the Senior Director at Ankura. John has over 15 years of experience in business process optimization, program leadership, and solution evaluation.

John started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Sara Lee. John then spent six years at Healthways as the Senior Accountant/Billing Supervisor. In 2012, they joined c3/consulting as a Senior Consultant.

At c3/consulting, John managed the implementation of a BPM system using Agile Scrum methodology. John also conducted business analysis to gather requirements and lead the launch of a contract management application. Additionally, they gathered requirements for the impact of an ERP change to downstream systems.

As part of the program leadership team at c3/consulting, John implemented a CRM, service desk, and marketing automation tool. John also led the enterprise implementation of clinical documentation improvement software.

In terms of solution evaluation, John selected BPM software from requirements gathering through RFP creation and evaluation, and contract negotiations. John Aiello has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Belmont University - Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business and a Bachelors of Science from Purdue University Krannert School of Management. John is also certified from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster.
