Andrew Howell

Andrew Howell, MBA, currently serves as President of Amazing Brandz since January 2020, overseeing the operation and development of multiple concepts, including Tropical Smoothie Cafe, where 15 locations are currently owned and 4 are in development. In addition to this role, Andrew serves as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Central Florida, imparting knowledge on entrepreneurship, marketing, and business to undergraduate and MBA students. As a Multi-Unit Franchisee of Tropical Smoothie Cafe since October 2012, Andrew has been recognized as Franchisee of the Year in both 2022 and 2023, and holds leadership positions such as DMA President for Fort Myers/Naples & Orlando and Chair of the National Construction Committee. Previous experience includes roles at Ricoh Business Solutions and The Walt Disney Company, providing logistical and operational support. Andrew holds an Executive MBA from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Roanoke College.
