Dr. Jean-Michel Le Roux is an experienced architect of ideas and deputy head of investments for the future and competitiveness department at the French National Research Agency. With a career spanning from March 2003 at JL Creation to various significant roles in technology transfer and innovation management, including director of the "Carnot" program, Dr. Le Roux has been instrumental in connecting academic research with private sector needs. In addition to roles at the European Science Foundation and CN AST 21, Dr. Jean-Michel is a founder and former president of the Association des auditeurs du College des Hautes Etudes de l'Institut Diplomatique.
