Joachim Gruel

Joachim Gruel is currently the Directeur des systèmes d'information at ANR (Agence nationale de la recherche) since January 2019, overseeing a team of 30 internal employees and 60 full-time contractors, delivering services to 450 internal agents and 200,000 recurrent beneficiaries. Prior experience includes roles such as Adjoint au chef de bureau SI Travail at the Ministère chargé des affaires sociales and Directeur de projets de transformation numérique, where Joachim managed significant digital transformation projects, notably for the inspection du travail. Other roles span project management and software engineering positions in various companies, including Vidal and Devoteam, as well as engineering roles at ADN. Joachim's education includes a preparatory cycle for the ENA from IGPDE and a degree from ESIGELEC.
