Lakmal Udugampala

Lakmal Udugampala is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and management. Currently serving as an Associate Manager at Ansell since September 2014, Lakmal has previously held the role of Process Engineer. Prior to this, Lakmal worked at Millers Brewery in Meegoda from August 2012 to April 2014 as a Project Trainee Engineer. In this role, Lakmal played a pivotal part in increasing brewing production capacity from 30,000 liters per day to 70,000 liters per day and contributed to process development projects while fostering team engagement. Lakmal was also involved in the installation and commissioning of a brewery with a capacity of 100,000,000 liters per year.
