Tom O'Neil

Tom O'Neil is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Anser Advisory since December 2007, which became part of Accenture in August 2023, Tom oversees project management services throughout all phases of capital projects. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Commodore Builders, Project Manager at Roads Corporation, and Senior Project Manager/Director of Construction at Caswell Corporate Interiors, among others. Tom began their career as a Project Manager at Aberthaw Construction and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
