Jim Chapman

Jim Chapman is an experienced regulatory affairs professional currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Anteris Technologies since June 2021. Previously, Jim held various roles at Abbott, including Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Affairs Project Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams and managing submission activities across multiple regions for Class III/IV medical devices. Prior experience includes positions at St. Jude Medical, where Jim acted as Principal and Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, and at Smiths Medical, where Jim was a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist. Additionally, expertise was developed at Vascular Solutions as both a Regulatory Affairs Specialist and Quality Control Chemist, and earlier as a Senior Analytical Development Chemist at Paddock Laboratories. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
