Jacob Boysen

Jacob Boysen, MS, is a seasoned professional in people analytics with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving in a people analytics role at Anthropic since November 2024, Jacob previously held the position of People Analytics Lead at Plaid from September 2022 to November 2024. Prior to that, Jacob was the Manager of People Systems & Analytics at Carta for over a year and worked as a People Analytics Lead at Amazon Web Services from July 2019 to August 2020. Jacob's career began at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where a decade was spent in progressively responsible roles within people analytics, starting as a Business Analyst and culminating as a Senior Analyst. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from NYU Stern School of Business and a degree in Business from UW Foster School of Business.
