Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a background in nutrition, business management, and academia. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on offering organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana works as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, a position as a nutritionist at a private consultation practice, and teaching mathematics applied to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México.
