Karl Munthe-Kaas

Karl Munthe-Kaas is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a strong background in the startup ecosystem. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Antler, Munthe-Kaas advises on the development of new companies. Previously, as Co-founder and CEO of Oda, Munthe-Kaas revolutionized the grocery industry in Norway, providing high-quality groceries to millions. Additionally, Munthe-Kaas co-founded NaboBil.no, Norway's largest peer-to-peer carsharing service, and played a key role in developing new digital marketplaces at FINN.no. Earlier experience includes co-founding Evacuaid AS and working as an Associate at McKinsey & Company. Munthe-Kaas holds an MSc in Economics and Political Sciences from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from the University of Oslo.
