Maria Schipa

Maria Schipa possesses extensive experience in recruitment and talent scouting, currently serving as the Head of Scouting, Founder, and Talent Scout at Antler, a global early-stage venture capital firm, since November 2020. Prior to this role, Maria worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Nobel Recruitment, focusing on connecting sales talent with SaaS companies in Amsterdam and Berlin from February to September 2020. Educationally, Maria holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical & Forensic Psychology, both from the University of Westminster, and a High School Diploma from CATS Cambridge.
