Prerna Sharma

Prerna Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and operations. Currently serving as a General Partner at Antler since April 2018, Prerna has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Associate Partner, Global Director, and APAC Director. In addition, Prerna is a member of FIF Collective and Global Women in VC, and engages in angel investing since January 2018. Previously, Prerna held significant positions at Flow Traders as Head of People Operations and at Uber Technologies as a Recruiter, along with experience as a Campus Recruiter at Fourth Valley Concierge Corporation. Prerna began a career in technology as a Software Engineer at Avanade and developed skills in software development at GE Healthcare and Tata Consultancy Services. Prerna holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cummins College of Engineering, Pune.
