Dianne Criss

Dianne Criss currently serves as the Change Management Practice Lead at ANZ since November 2024. Prior to this role, Dianne held various positions, including Portfolio Change Lead and Change Manager at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency from February 2023 to November 2024, and Change Management Lead at Westpac from October 2020 to December 2022. Dianne's experience extends to managing governance and risk at Lismore City Council, and also includes roles as Project Management Specialist at Summerland Credit Union and Executive Manager of Organisational Change Capability and Transformation at Commonwealth Bank. Additional roles include Change Manager at Westpac, Manager of Systems and Projects at HealthPartners, and Change Manager for the Paladin Program at ING Australia.
