Emilie Vasseur-Ly

Emilie VASSEUR-LY serves as Chargée de développement RH at Fédération APAJH since November 2012, focusing on the implementation of proactive HR strategies, recruitment for leadership positions, career management, internal HR audits, and acting as the ISO 9001 reference for the HR department. Prior experience includes serving as Conseillère en Ressources Humaines at Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région Paris Ile-de-France from January 2005 to October 2012, providing HR consultation to small and medium-sized enterprises, conducting HR diagnostics, organizing training sessions, and managing recruitment events. Emilie also held HR-related roles at RATP, Clinique médico-chirurgical de la porte de Pantin, and Centre Hospitalier Intercommunal de Montreuil during earlier stages of the career. Educational qualifications encompass a Certificat de Compétences in Droit Social, a Master 2 in Management des Compétences et Organisations, and an Institut Universitaire Professionnalisé degree in Management des Organisations Sanitaires et Sociales.
