Michael Shumer

Michael Shumer is an accomplished healthcare executive currently serving as General Partner at AllTides Capital and a Board Member at Apaly and Green Mountain Partners LLC. With extensive experience in value-based care, Michael holds the position of Limited Partner at HC9 Ventures and Chairman at Medical Life Holdings, which focuses on improving patient well-being and health care costs. Michael also contributes as a Member of the Board of Directors for Healogics, Inc., and previously chaired Crucialist, a tech-enabled population health platform. As the former CEO and Chairman of Crucial Care, Michael led the first value-based emergency medicine practice in the USA.
