Eric Ahearn

Eric Ahearn is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic operations, and organizational development. Currently serving as Manager of FP&A at Apartment List since June 2018, Eric plays a key role in guiding departmental strategies and corporate financial targets while managing budgets and P&L reporting. Previously held positions at Apartment List include Sr. Analyst, FP&A and Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations Manager, where Eric successfully introduced impactful metrics and led annual strategic planning initiatives. Eric's earlier experience includes roles at Coaching Corps and the U.S. Soccer Foundation, as well as various positions focused on program coordination and international development. Eric holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from Case Western Reserve University and an M.A. in International Development Studies from The George Washington University, graduating summa cum laude.
