Maisie Sather

Maisie Sather is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human capital and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Human Capital for the Operational Excellence Practice at Apax Partners LLP since May 2019, Maisie previously held the position of Director and Head of Private Equity for North America at YSC, where responsibilities included coaching executive and C-suite populations and contributing to the Americas Leadership Team. Prior expertise includes a role as Senior Consultant at Deloitte, focusing on people-centered business development solutions, and serving as an Organisational Development Consultant at BT, where initiatives targeted team development and efficiency. Maisie began their career as an Editorial Assistant at Hachette Livre and holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Oxford.
