Kayla Mershon

Kayla Mershon is a strategic recruiter specializing in land surveying and engineering at Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. (APC) since October 2024. Previously, Kayla held roles as a technical recruiter and marketing specialist at Ripple Effect Consulting LLC, and as a search consultant at gpac, providing comprehensive search and recruitment services. Kayla also served as a membership administrator specialist at Civica Associations Conferences & Exhibitions and completed a corporate recruiter internship at York Solutions, LLC. An alumnus of the University of Minnesota, Kayla earned a bachelor's degree in sociology while being a student athlete from 2018 to 2022, having graduated from Minnetonka High School in 2018.
