Lawrence Park

Lawrence Park is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan focusing on delivering the firm’s corporate and investment banking products primarily to large and mid-cap public and private companies. He has 19 years of M&A and corporate finance experience working with clients across general industries and consumer/retail sectors. Previously, Lawrence was an M&A investment banking Director and Vice President within Lazard’s Industrials group, and prior to that was an investment banking Associate at Credit Suisse. Prior to investment banking, he was a Program Manager and Systems Engineer for the Battlefield Radar division of Raytheon and is a U.S. Army veteran.

Lawrence earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Lawrence enjoys spending time with his two sons.
