Eva Bialobrzeski

Eva Bialobrzeski is a Consultant at APCO since May 2022, following various roles including Associate Consultant and Intern in the Office of the Executive Chairman. Bialobrzeski served as an MPP Capstone/MSW Field Placement at Catholic Relief Services from August 2022 to May 2023 and held positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy and the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Notable experiences also include internships at The World Bank and the United Nations Foundation, as well as consulting with CommonHealth ACTION and The Pro Bono Counseling Project. Bialobrzeski's educational background includes a Master of Public Policy and a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the same institution.
