Masaya Takasaka

Masaya Takasaka is a skilled consultant currently employed at APCO Worldwide since November 2020. Prior to this, experience includes a position as Trade Development Executive at Enterprise Ireland from September 2017 to August 2020, where significant contributions were made to enhance Irish export growth to Japan, achieve a 38% increase in exports, and manage high-level trade missions. Previous roles also include internships at the International Committee of the Red Cross and the United Nations Information Centre Tokyo, engaging in public policy and public information initiatives. Masaya holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Waseda University, alongside Bachelor's Degrees in International Relations and Affairs from UC Irvine and Politics and Public Administration from The University of Hong Kong. An early education includes the International Baccalaureate Diploma from Yokohama International School.
