David Carruthers

David Carruthers has an extensive legal career spanning over two decades, currently serving as Company Secretary at APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd since November 2011, where responsibilities include supporting the Head of Legal and maintaining company records. Previously, David held the title of Director & Company Secretary at APCOA, acting as the sole in-house lawyer with expertise in property acquisition, commercial contracting, intellectual property licenses, and statutory governance for multiple UK private limited companies. Prior roles include Group Solicitor positions at Nestor Healthcare Group plc and Primecare, as well as various legal and managerial positions in companies such as Lloyds TSB, Royal London, and Equitable Life Assurance Society. David holds a Law Society Finals qualification from the College of Law - Guildford and completed secondary education at Chelmsford Technical High School.
