Ben Alla Souphian

Ben Alla Souphian has extensive experience in operational excellence and asset reliability management, currently serving as CTO at Aperam since September 2018. Prior roles include Product Manager at Valeo and Manager of Production at Caterpillar Inc. Ben's background also includes positions focused on continuous improvement and quality assurance at TI Automotive, as well as a brief stint as a maintenance engineer at Sanofi. Educational qualifications encompass a Master 2 in Quality Management from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Euro-Symbiose, and additional degrees in Production Management and Business Technology from Institut Supérieur de promotion Industriel and Lodz University of Technology, respectively.
