Brian Benedict

Brian Benedict is an experienced professional currently serving as VP of Building Systems at APEX since January 2024. Previously, Brian held the role of National Director of Building Systems at Redwood Construction from March 2022 to January 2024 and worked as a National Building Systems Engineer and Regional Facilities Manager at Trinity Property Consultants. Other notable positions include Chief Operating Officer at Owl Consulting Group, Manager of Operations at The Howard Hughes Corporation, Assistant Vice President of Assets and Facilities at Campus Living Villages, and EHS Manager at JLL. Brian began a career in planning and scheduling at KBR, Inc., after earning a Bachelor of Technology from Arizona State University, alongside certifications in Maintenance Electrician and Carpentry/Construction Management.
