Joshua Vaughn is an experienced professional with a strong focus on community impact and human services. Currently serving as a Community Impact Council Member with the American Public Human Services Association since January 2023, Joshua collaborates with senior leaders on initiatives like the "No Kid Hungry" Campaign. Joshua has held various roles since 2021, including Recruiter and Access Coordinator at Connecticut Community Care, and Parent Cabinet Member at The Connecticut Office of Early Childhood, where partnerships aim to improve child outcomes. In addition, Joshua serves as a Board Member for Connecticut Partnership for Children, Inc., and is the Founder of Vaughn Signatures, an organization dedicated to empowering men. Joshua is an alumnus of the National Parent Leadership Institute and contributed to the Naugatuck Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee as an Executive Board Member. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bridgeport.
