Ivan Fantin

Ivan Fantin serves as the Chief Lean Officer at APM Terminals, leading the development of the company's lean system and inspiring over 22,000 employees in their operational practices. Previously, Ivan held the role of Vice President and Head of Global Business System, where the focus was on implementing Toyota Production System principles across the organization. Ivan's extensive experience includes positions at GE Grid Solutions as a Global Lean Leader, Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at LivaNova, and various roles in quality and continuous improvement at CIRCOR Energy and Danaher Corporation. In addition to corporate leadership, Ivan is an adjunct professor at ESCP Business School, specializing in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Ivan has authored several publications on problem-solving methodology and holds degrees from the Università degli Studi di Milano and prestigious leadership programs at ESCP Business School and London Business School.
